National law firm seeks an Asbestos Litigation Attorney to join its product-liability/mass-torts team in a virtual capacity supporting matters in South Carolina. The role is client-facing litigation work focused on asbestos cases at all stages.

Typical responsibilities include taking depositions, drafting briefs and motions, and appearing in court. The position will collaborate with experienced litigators on complex tort matters and requires strong legal judgment, case-management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Minimum 2 years of asbestos-specific litigation experience handling all stages of litigation
• Active bar license and residency in South Carolina
• Proven experience taking depositions, drafting briefs, and participating in court appearances
