We provide specialist legal recruitment and executive search across the United States and nothing else — for US law firms and corporate legal departments, in every major market.
A national footprint only matters if it is backed by national intelligence. Rather than work a local Rolodex, we begin every search from a living map of the entire US legal market — which is why a hiring partner in New York and a general counsel in Texas get the same shortlist discipline. See how our data-led method works, or browse the two sides we serve — recruitment for US law firms and legal teams for companies.

National intelligence, applied with judgment.
Most firms recruit from the candidates who raise their hand. Across the US, we map the entire market first.
Titan Crawler AI
Our in-house intelligence engine maintains a living map of the US legal market — firms, practices, movements and signals across every major metro — so a national search starts from the full field, not a stale regional database. Data finds the names; experienced consultants make the calls that decide a hire.
- 01
The brief
We meet the hiring partner, recruiting committee or general counsel to understand the mandate behind the requisition — the strategic gap, the admissions and conflicts in play, the compensation envelope and the kind of lawyer who would thrive in the platform.
- 02
National market mapping
Our Titan Crawler AI maintains a living map of the US legal market — firms, practices, movements and signals across every major metro — so a search begins from the full national field rather than the candidates already circulating. Consultants then qualify the map by hand.
- 03
Confidential approach
The best US legal talent is rarely on a job board. We approach passive candidates discreetly, on a no-names basis where required, and protect both sides of a sensitive lateral or in-house move until it is real.
- 04
Evidence-led assessment
We test what matters for the role — the portability of a partner's book, a candidate's readiness for the GC chair, a compliance leader's standing in front of a regulator — and present a shortlist that is shorter, and right.
A national reach that cuts both ways.
We sit between the US firms and companies that hire and the senior lawyers who move — trusted, and useful, to both.

Do you recruit across the whole United States, or only the major cities?
Across the whole country. We publish dedicated market pages for every major US metro — from New York, Los Angeles and Houston to Washington, Chicago, the Bay Area, Texas, Florida and the Southeast — and run searches in markets beyond them too. Because our search starts from a national map rather than a local list, where the talent sits is an input, not a constraint.
What kinds of legal roles do you place in the US?
Senior and specialist legal hires on both sides of the market: lateral and equity partners and practice-group lift-outs for law firms; associates, counsel and law-firm leadership; and general counsel, compliance, regulatory and legal-operations talent for companies. We are a specialist legal search firm, not a generalist agency.
Can I browse by state, or by practice area?
Both. Every US state we cover has its own hub linking the markets within it, and every major practice area has its own page — many of which break down to the city level (for example litigation or corporate recruiters in a specific metro). Use whichever entry point fits the mandate.
How do you handle multi-state bar admission and conflicts?
Bar admission and conflicts are part of the brief from day one. We confirm the admissions a role requires, flag reciprocity and pro hac vice considerations, and run conflict and portability diligence on lateral moves before a candidate is introduced — so a search does not collapse on a clearable issue late.
Is the process confidential for candidates already in a senior US role?
Yes. Most of the partners, general counsel and senior counsel we place are not actively looking. We approach passive candidates discreetly, protect identities on a no-names basis where required, and never circulate a CV without consent. Senior lawyers can register confidentially without committing to a move.
Start a conversation
A US legal hire begins with a confidential conversation.
Whether you are hiring a lateral partner in New York, a general counsel in Texas or building a team coast to coast, we listen first. Complete discretion, no obligation.
