Associate — Antitrust & Competition (FDI)

Leading international antitrust team is hiring Associates to join its Germany practice, with roles available in Frankfurt or Hamburg. The team advises on merger control, foreign direct investment (FDI) clearance, parallel proceedings and competition litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

Expect early responsibility on cross-border matters, coordination of parallel FDI and merger-control filings, and participation in both transactional work and contentious proceedings before national and European authorities. The role offers mentoring, structured training and flexible working arrangements.

• Qualified German lawyer with two state examinations (strong academic results preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year PQE in antitrust, FDI, competition litigation or related regulatory work
• Excellent written and spoken English; German fluency required for local proceedings
• Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment and ability to work on cross-office international teams
