Experienced litigation-focused associates are sought for a leading international antitrust and competition team in Germany. The role is open in Frankfurt or Hamburg and sits across merger control, foreign direct investment (FDI) reviews and competition litigation/defence.

The team handles cross-border merger clearance work, parallel FDI and merger-control proceedings, government investigations and complex antitrust litigation. You will work in international, multidisciplinary teams on high-profile transactional and enforcement matters and have early responsibility on substantive tasks.

Qualified in Germany (two state examinations) with strong academic results
Interest or experience in antitrust, merger control and foreign investment control
Excellent written and spoken English; German required
Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and a collaborative team approach
