Apply in confidence →We are seeking a junior associate to join a global firm's Paris office within its Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. The role involves advising on commercial disputes across the full lifecycle, from pre‑litigation and domestic court proceedings to international arbitration.
Day‑to‑day work includes drafting pleadings and submissions, participating in case strategy and evidence gathering, liaising with clients and external counsel, and supporting cross‑border matters under major institutional rules. The team offers exposure to complex, multi‑jurisdictional disputes and opportunities for professional development in a collaborative, international environment.
- Qualified lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar
- Approximately 2–3 years' post‑qualification experience in commercial litigation and/or arbitration in a law firm
- Experience with domestic litigation and exposure to international arbitration (e.g. ICC or similar)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills; able to work independently and in teams
