Growing energy & infrastructure M&A team is seeking a transactional associate with significant private equity M&A experience focused on energy, power, renewables and infrastructure matters. The role will work on complex acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and sponsor-side transactions across the lifecycle from bid process through closing.

Work will combine corporate M&A and project-finance elements and involve cross-disciplinary collaboration with project finance, regulatory and industry-focused lawyers. The team is looking for someone comfortable leading deal execution and providing commercial, practical advice to sponsors, developers, funds and infrastructure owners/operators.

4–7 years' post-qualification transactional experience (private equity M&A preferred)
Demonstrated experience representing energy and infrastructure sponsors, funds or project developers
Experience with acquisitions, divestitures, JVs and project-finance related transactions
Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
