We are seeking an Associate to join a growing insurance coverage team in Mexico City. The role sits within a specialist insurance practice advising local and international insurers and reinsurers on coverage issues and assisting with defence of claims.

The position is full-time with a hybrid working pattern. You will work on a mix of advisory and claims-defence matters, supporting claims handlers and collaborating with colleagues across the region.

Qualified to practice law in Mexico
2–5 years PQE in insurance coverage or related litigation
Experience at a law firm with a focus on insurance coverage and claims defence
Fluent English; Spanish preferred
Strong research, drafting and communication skills; high attention to detail
Ability to manage a busy caseload and work proactively with good organisation
