Associate — Insurance Litigation, Bogotá

Join a global insurance-focused litigation team in Bogotá handling contentious and advisory work for local and international insurers, reinsurers and brokers. The role sits in a collaborative practice that covers coverage disputes, policy drafting, claim negotiations, regulatory matters and arbitration.

This is a full-time, hybrid position offering exposure to cross-border matters and opportunities for professional development, including secondments and global collaboration. The team seeks lawyers comfortable managing cases from pleadings through appeals and arbitration in a bilingual environment.

• Minimum ~6 years' post-qualification litigation experience, ideally in insurance/reinsurance disputes
• Experience across all phases of litigation (pleadings, discovery, motions, appeals) and arbitration
• Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills; client-facing experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish; excellent communication and organisation skills
