Fixed-term full-time role (5 months) to provide maternity-leave cover in a busy Belgium inbound immigration team. The position is Brussels-based and offers hands-on exposure to complex Belgian immigration matters for private clients, VIPs and corporate project work.

You will independently manage private-client matters from intake to completion and, depending on need, lead or support VIP and corporate files that combine work-authorisation, posted-worker notifications and social-security considerations. The role is collaborative and international, with a strong emphasis on high-quality client service and internal project work.

Belgian-qualified lawyer or legal consultant/trainee with substantive experience in Belgian immigration law
Fluent in English and in Dutch and/or French
Proven ability to manage private-client immigration matters end-to-end (intake, advice, application handling, administrative follow-up)
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience with time recording and billing
Comfortable advising VIP or complex corporate matters and coordinating projects within a team
