Associate, Litigation (Class Action & Product Liability)

Seeking an associate to join a national litigation team focused on class actions, product liability and mass tort defense. The role supports class action matters across the firm's U.S. offices; candidates in the New York metropolitan area are preferred.

Responsibilities include research and drafting of motions and briefs, managing aspects of large-scale discovery, assisting with case strategy and courtroom proceedings, and working collaboratively with cross-office teams and clients. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and may involve occasional domestic or international travel.

• JD and admission to practice in the jurisdiction where you will work
• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience, preferably from a national/AmLaw 100 firm
• Experience defending class actions (securities, data/privacy, or consumer litigation preferred) and managing multi-matter dockets
• Proven legal writing skills and experience running large-scale discovery; federal clerkship preferred
