An established Australian insurance practice is recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Casualty team in Sydney. The role offers exposure to complex public liability and personal injury matters, including historical abuse claims, acting for insurers, self-insured entities and government clients.

The team is collaborative and flexible, with accessible senior lawyers and structured support for professional development. The practice handles a mix of challenging, high-profile matters and provides opportunities for hands-on litigation experience.

Successful candidates will be subject to standard pre-employment background checks and will join a firm that promotes diversity and flexible working arrangements.

At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in insurance litigation or a casualty/defendant liability team.
Experience handling personal injury and historical abuse matters preferred.
Strong drafting, advocacy and client-management skills; excellent attention to detail and organisation.
