Growing tax team at a leading international law firm is seeking Associates (Rechtsanwälte/innen) for its Düsseldorf office. The team advises on corporate tax matters across acquisitions, disposals, capital markets, financings, compliance, internal investigations and tax disputes.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent; graduates with strong tax focus also considered
Knowledge of corporate tax law; tax advisor qualification (Steuerberater) or clear intent to pursue it is an advantage
Strong academic record and commercial awareness
Excellent German and good English; ability to work in international, team‑based matters
