The team advises across the full employment lifecycle, including restructurings, works council consultations, collective bargaining issues and termination processes. The role offers regular client contact, cross-office collaboration and exposure to complex, high-profile matters.

German-qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin)
Practical experience in individual and collective employment law (advice and litigation)
Strong drafting and advocacy skills; comfortable with court and works council proceedings
Fluent German; good English for transactional and international matters
Collaborative team player with commercial awareness
