Attorney / Tax Advisor — Corporate & Group Tax (Berlin)

Leading practice in Berlin is looking for a qualified attorney or tax advisor to join its corporate and group tax team. The role focuses on advising German and international clients on corporate tax structuring, group reorganisations and ongoing group tax matters.

The team advises across transactional and advisory matters, including tax-efficient legal structuring and cross-border issues. The position offers exposure to technically complex mandates and close collaboration with corporate and finance colleagues.

• Qualification as a German Rechtsanwalt and/or Steuerberater (or equivalent German tax qualification)
• Proven experience advising on corporate and group tax matters
• Excellent German (written and spoken); English advantageous
• Strong technical tax skills and client advisory experience
