Join a well-regarded German firm’s private wealth team advising on foundations, inheritance tax and (business) succession. The role involves advising high-net-worth individuals, families and trustees on structuring, tax aspects of estate transfers and foundation law.

The team handles tax-driven succession planning, cross-generational transfer work and foundation governance. You will work with other tax and corporate specialists across multiple German offices on advisory mandates and restructuring measures.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) and/or Steuerberater (tax advisor)
Proven experience advising on inheritance tax, foundations and succession planning
Strong knowledge of German tax law and foundation governance
Fluent German; experience working with private clients and trustees
