Avocat – Corporate (Paris)

Top-tier international law firm’s Paris office is welcoming speculative applications for an Avocat to join its corporate practice. The role offers exposure to cross-border transactions and corporate advisory work across a varied client base.

Successful candidates will work alongside multilingual teams on complex matters, with opportunities for professional development within an international platform. • Qualified Avocat or equivalent admission to the French bar
• Experience in corporate law / transactional work (associates or counsel level)
• Strong drafting and commercial advisory skills; comfortable on cross‑border matters
• Fluent French and proficient English; based in or willing to relocate to Paris
