Experienced insurance-coverage attorney sought to join a national insurance practice in the Orange County area. The role focuses on analyzing coverage issues, preparing coverage opinions for first-party property and general liability matters, and representing insurers in coverage litigation.

Day-to-day work will include coverage counseling, drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions, participating in hearings, and supporting mediations and arbitrations. The team handles complex declaratory relief and coverage disputes in state and federal courts.

8–15 years post-qualification litigation experience with a focus on insurance coverage
Experience analyzing coverage issues and preparing coverage opinions for first-party property and general liability claims
Proven courtroom and litigation skills: depositions, hearings, motion practice
Strong legal research and writing skills
Admission to the California Bar
