Join a global law firm’s Legal Department as a Business Acceptance Lawyer/Advisor based in London. You will be part of the global Business Acceptance team, advising on client and matter onboarding, conflicts, AML, sanctions and reputational risk across multiple jurisdictions.

The role combines technical legal and regulatory analysis with practical risk-based decision-making: performing conflict checks, drafting consent and information barrier wording, completing client due diligence and monitoring, and supporting policy development and training for internal teams.

Qualified lawyer or experienced risk/compliance professional with experience in a law‑firm environment advising on conflicts of interest, AML and regulatory compliance
Practical knowledge of conflicts analysis, client due diligence (CDD) and sanctions screening
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills; able to explain complex issues clearly
Team‑oriented, diplomatic, detail‑focused and able to manage competing priorities
