Join a specialist immigration practice as a Business Immigration Associate working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused exclusively on immigration and global mobility. You will support corporate clients and foreign national employees across non-immigrant and immigrant matters, working with experienced practitioners and leveraging practice technology and standardized processes.

Typical responsibilities include developing case strategies, preparing and filing petitions and applications, advising clients and foreign nationals on case processing and compliance, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and assisting with immigration program management. You will also mentor more junior staff, contribute to process improvements, and ensure adherence to firm and regulatory protocols.

U.S. JD or LLM
Active membership in a U.S. state bar or D.C. bar
Approximately 2–3 years' immigration associate experience
Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and client-service orientation
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced global mobility practice
