Seeking a mid-level commercial litigation associate to join a national firm's virtual litigation team. This role focuses on complex commercial disputes handled across multiple industries, working primarily with the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice group.

The position is virtual but candidates should reside in Michigan or Ohio and hold an active bar license for their state of residence; dual admission to Michigan and Ohio is preferred. The team values autonomy, strong client communication, and the ability to manage cases from investigation through trial-ready motions and depositions.

4–6 years of complex commercial litigation experience preferred
Proven experience managing discovery, preparing pleadings and motions, and taking/defending depositions
Experience with labor & employment litigation matters preferred
Active bar license in Michigan or Ohio (dual admission preferred)
Excellent judgment, strong writing and oral advocacy skills, and ability to manage multiple matters independently
Demonstrated academic achievement and strong interpersonal skills
