Search for a mid-to-senior corporate lawyer to join the legal team of a large French industrial group based in Saint-Maurice. The role sits within the corporate legal department and focuses on a global project to rationalize the group's legal entities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with local, regional and global teams on entity rationalisation, tracking project progress across jurisdictions and supporting internal corporate restructurings and related transactions. The role also involves drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate documentation and assisting the head of corporate legal on ad hoc matters involving the group's international subsidiaries.

Avocat or in-house lawyer with 3–5 years' experience in corporate law and international corporate transactions (M&A experience desirable).
Strong drafting, project coordination and organisational skills.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work collaboratively within an in-house legal team; proactive, rigorous and diplomatic.
