Apply in confidence →We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our Government Contracts and Public Procurement practice, based in Washington, D.C.
This role involves working on a wide range of matters, including contract negotiations, investigations, compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, technology licensing, and cybersecurity. The practice also advises on government contract aspects of M&A transactions for sophisticated clients.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 2–4 years of transactional experience (with a preference for mergers and acquisitions background)
- Demonstrated interest in government contracts and aerospace/defense matters
- Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and strong academic credentials
- Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction, or eligibility to obtain it
