Seeking an attorney to join a large national law firm's Insurance Coverage Practice in Tampa. The role focuses on coverage analysis and opinions for first-party property and general liability matters, with opportunity to handle related litigation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing policies, drafting coverage opinions, conducting legal research and writing, taking depositions, attending hearings, and motion practice in state and federal court. The team represents insurers, reinsurers and related market participants and handles matters arising across multiple forums.

• 2–15 years' experience handling insurance coverage matters (first-party property and general liability preferred)
• Substantive litigation experience: depositions, hearings, motion practice
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Admission to the Florida Bar required
