Apply in confidence →A global insurance-focused law firm is seeking mid-level insurance defense litigators to join its expanding U.S. practice. This role sits within a busy insurance litigation group and offers hybrid working and opportunities for career development, mentoring and client secondments.
Successful candidates will handle all phases of civil litigation: drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, advising on litigation strategy, and participating in mediations and trials. The role involves regular client and opposing-counsel interaction and requires strong written and oral advocacy.

- 3–6 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
- Demonstrable litigation skills: motion practice, discovery management, depositions, and trial/mediation exposure.
- Substantive experience with premises liability, motor-vehicle negligence (including UM/UIM), negligent security, professional liability and wrongful death matters.
- Excellent research, drafting and communication skills; ability to propose and implement litigation strategy.
- Familiarity with New Jersey court rules and procedures; admitted and in good standing in New York (additional state admissions a plus).
