- Law school graduation years: 2019–2022
- Top law school credentials
- Experience in patent litigation (district court and/or PTAB)
- Undergraduate degree in electrical/computer/mechanical/chemical/biomedical engineering, computer science or similar strongly preferred
- CAFC clerkship experience a plus
