Join a global commercial team focused on international trade compliance and regulatory matters. The role involves advising on sanctions, export controls, foreign direct investment screening and related compliance issues, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for cross-border business.

You will work on multi-jurisdictional matters with colleagues across an international network, engage directly with clients from an early stage, and support filings and interactions with authorities where required. The team offers structured mentoring and opportunities to develop technical and commercial legal skills.

Swedish Master of Law (LL.M.) or equivalent qualification required
Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Strong academic record; interest in international affairs and trade compliance
Analytical, commercial mindset, able to manage deadlines and work independently
Team-player with good communication skills; cross-border experience or academic focus in commercial law advantageous
