Junior Commercial Litigation Associate

We are seeking a junior associate to join a national litigation team handling commercial disputes across multiple U.S. offices. The role offers exposure to complex contract, business tort, and commercial-defense matters, working alongside senior litigators on all phases of litigation.

The successful candidate will draft pleadings and motions, conduct legal research, manage discovery, and support trial preparation. This is a collaborative position with mentorship and opportunities to develop courtroom and client-facing experience.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar or eligibility for admission in the hiring jurisdiction(s)
• Prior litigation experience (clerkship, internships, or 0–3 years in practice preferred)
• Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work on a team across multiple offices and handle a varied caseload
