Multinational-focused law firm is seeking a bilingual (English) qualified lawyer with 3–4 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law and M&A. The role is open in Bogotá or Medellín and sits in a transactional corporate team advising local and international clients.

Successful candidates will work on buy- and sell-side transactions, corporate reorganizations and related commercial work, collaborating with senior lawyers across the firm. Previous law-firm or professional services experience is preferred.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 3–4 years' PQE.
Full professional English (bilingual) and strong Spanish drafting/communication skills.
Practical experience advising on corporate law and M&A transactions.
Prior law firm or professional services experience preferred; good team-working and client-facing skills.
