Leading international law firm is hiring a partner to lead and expand its regulatory practice in Riyadh, with a focus on financial markets and asset management. The role will involve advising regional and international clients on regulatory matters, fund formation and asset management issues within the Saudi market.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role in the team, working on complex regulatory mandates, developing client relationships and growing a market-facing practice. This is a partner-level opening for an experienced lawyer able to operate at both technical and commercial levels.

Established partner-level experience in financial markets regulation, asset management and/or fund formation in Saudi Arabia or the region.
Proven track record of advising clients on regulatory matters and navigating local regulator processes.
Demonstrable ability to build and sustain client relationships and bring a portable practice.
Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills and experience managing teams on high-value matters.
Relevant professional qualification and admissions as required to practise in the jurisdiction.
