Lateral Partner — Corporate & Finance (Private Equity / VC) — Redwood City (Silicon Valley)

Senior partner-level hire to join a well-established corporate and finance team in Redwood City, serving private equity and venture capital clients across the region. The role centers on lead transactional work — buyouts, growth financings, investments and related corporate governance matters — and client relationship leadership.

The team is seeking a commercially minded partner who will contribute a portable transactional practice and help drive new business. This position includes a path to equity partnership over time and substantial responsibility for originating and managing complex deals.

• Established partner-level experience in corporate and finance transactions, with a focus on private equity and/or venture capital.
• Proven track record leading deals and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
• Strong business development skills and ability to originate new mandates in the Silicon Valley market.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work on cross-border matters as needed.
