Senior disputes partner hire for a well-established international firm seeking a Dubai-based civil-qualified lawyer to strengthen its disputes and restructuring capability in the region.

The role will focus on restructuring/insolvency and related contentious work that intersects with local courts, and will include arbitration and general commercial litigation matters across the Gulf.

Candidate will join a team handling cross-border work and be expected to develop and lead regional instructions while working with onshore and offshore colleagues.

Civil-qualified lawyer (Egyptian qualification or equivalent preferred).
Proven experience in restructuring/insolvency and contentious matters affecting local courts.
Track record of arbitration and commercial litigation in the region.
Established regional network and ability to bring a portable practice / book of business.
Exceptionally client-facing with experience leading matters and developing business.
