Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Pittsburgh

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Pittsburgh restructuring team. The role focuses on distressed M&A, creditor-side and debtor-side restructuring, and related corporate advisory work within the firm’s bankruptcy practice.

The ideal hire will lead engagements, develop business, and work closely with corporate and finance teams on complex restructurings and insolvency matters. This is an opportunity to grow a portable practice while leveraging an established national platform.

• Established partner with significant experience in restructuring and bankruptcy matters
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable business preferred
• Strong record on creditor-side and debtor-side restructurings, distressed M&A, and related corporate work
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from/relocate to Pittsburgh
