Lawyer – Antitrust, Public Procurement & State Aid

Leading international law firm is seeking a lawyer to join its Germany antitrust and regulatory team. The role covers national and EU competition law, public procurement matters and state aid cases, with work spanning advisory and contentious mandates, including government contracts and regulatory compliance.

The position is open across multiple German offices and will suit candidates who want varied transactional and regulatory work on both domestic and cross-border matters. You will collaborate with domestic and international colleagues and engage with public authorities and private-sector clients.

• Qualified to practise in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent European qualification
• Demonstrable experience in competition/antitrust law and public procurement; state aid or regulatory experience advantageous
• Strong knowledge of German and EU competition law and procedures
• Fluent German and strong English (written and spoken); excellent drafting and advocacy skills
