Lawyer, Civil & Commercial Litigation — Milan

Experienced civil and commercial litigator sought for a Milan office of a well-regarded law firm. The role sits within a disputes team and covers both court proceedings and out-of-court advisory work across civil and commercial matters.

Day-to-day work will include managing commercial litigation files, drafting procedural and substantive pleadings, and advising on contract-related disputes. The position offers hands-on responsibility and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

• 3–5 years' post-qualification experience in civil/commercial litigation
• Law degree with strong academic record
• Experience gained in structured law firms
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
