Lawyer, Litigation (Civil & Commercial) — Milan

Leading Italian law firm is seeking a civil and commercial litigation lawyer for the Milan office. The role sits within a litigation team handling both in-court and out-of-court matters and includes advisory work on commercial contracts.

The successful candidate will join a structured team, contribute to case management and client advice, and have the opportunity to deepen experience across civil and commercial disputes. Strong English and collaborative skills are required.

• 3-5 years' PQE in civil/commercial litigation gained in structured firms
• Law degree with excellent academic record
• Proven experience in court and out-of-court litigation and contract work
• Excellent command of English
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and motivation for a client-facing role
