Lawyer, Restructuring & Insolvency — Melbourne

Join a specialist restructuring and insolvency team in Melbourne advising banks, financiers, insolvency practitioners and corporate clients on complex loan recovery, securities enforcement and corporate insolvency matters. The team also handles related commercial litigation across state and federal jurisdictions.

The role offers exposure to large, complex restructuring and enforcement matters, acting for receivers, managers, administrators and liquidators, and contributing to precedent development and business development activities.

• 2–5 years PQE in restructuring, insolvency or related litigation
• Experience advising on loan recovery, securities enforcement, receivership/administration and corporate insolvency
• Exposure to banking/finance litigation and commercial dispute resolution preferred
• Strong drafting, advocacy, client-service and teamwork skills; practical, proactive approach
