Leading German full-service firm seeks a lawyer to join its tax team with a focus on succession, private wealth and foundations. The role is open in Germany, with positions available in Cologne or Frankfurt.

The role involves independent advisory work for entrepreneurs, owner families, family offices and high-net-worth individuals on complex domestic and cross-border tax matters, including succession planning, wealth structuring, asset protection and foundation law. You will work closely with other practice areas on interdisciplinary client matters.

Qualified tax advisor exam and/or law degree with a focus on tax law
Practical experience in succession planning, wealth structuring, foundations or related private-client tax work
Strong commercial awareness and client advisory skills
Fluent English; German at a professional level
Team player with excellent communication skills
