Minimum 8 years' post-qualification legal experience
At least four years' experience at a top-tier law firm
Significant experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and company secretarial work
Experience advising financial services and/or energy sector clients preferred
Recent in-house experience and prior Middle East experience desirable
Fluency in Arabic preferred
Holding a practising certificate or equivalent entitlement to practise in the region
Consultant mindset: flexible, self-directed and able to manage engagements independently
