Seeking experienced corporate lawyers for interim consultancy roles across the United Arab Emirates. Assignments are typically full-time, six months in length based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with occasional flexibility and remote opportunities for nearby jurisdictions.

Opportunities cover M&A, commercial contracts and broader transactional matters, and may support client-facing or internal projects across corporate, finance and real estate workstreams. Consultants will be supported with training, knowledge resources and access to experienced internal teams while working on high‑profile assignments.

4-8 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in a top-tier law firm or equivalent
Experience in M&A, commercial contracts and transactional work; other relevant specialisms (e.g. finance, real estate, projects) advantageous
Previous in-house exposure or work with corporates, financial institutions or sovereign entities is desirable
Practical consultant mindset: flexible, adaptable and able to manage own professional development and client relationships
Fluency in Arabic and prior Middle East experience preferred; practising certificate or equivalent allowing practice in the region required
