Short-term consultant role advising on competition/antitrust matters across assignments in the United Arab Emirates. Typical engagements are six months full-time (based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai), with some opportunities for flexible arrangements.

Work includes advising on competition compliance and risk management, handling merger-control notifications and antitrust investigations, drafting and reviewing commercial documentation for competition risk, and delivering internal training and guidance to stakeholders.

The programme is aimed at experienced competition lawyers who want to work on-site with major clients or within practice teams on fixed-term assignments while retaining access to a broader professional support network and development resources.

Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in competition/antitrust law (top-tier firm experience preferred)
Experience handling merger control filings, antitrust investigations and competition compliance programs
Recent in-house competition experience is advantageous
Middle East experience and Arabic language skills preferred
Valid practising certificate or equivalent entitling practice in the region
Consultant mindset: adaptable, client-focused and comfortable working on fixed-term assignments
