Short-term legal consultancy opportunities across the United Arab Emirates within corporate and commercial teams. Assignments are typically full-time and six months in duration (with some flexibility), and are delivered either inside in-house legal teams or on secondment with leading regional organisations.

Typical work includes negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, advising on M&A and corporate finance transactions, supporting corporate governance and restructurings, and working on cross-border matters across multiple business lines and sectors. Roles suit candidates comfortable working autonomously and interfacing directly with business stakeholders.

Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
Proven corporate/commercial experience — strong track record on commercial contracts, and/or M&A and corporate finance transactions
Experience with cross-border matters and multi-jurisdictional documentation
Prior exposure to the UAE or wider Middle East market preferred; familiarity with DIFC and ADGM frameworks advantageous
Available for six-month (typical) full-time contracts and open to secondment-style arrangements
