Interim opportunity for experienced litigation lawyers to work on fixed-term assignments across the United Arab Emirates, typically based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Assignments are generally full-time and run for several months, with some roles offering flexible working arrangements.

Roles will be offered via a global consultant platform backed by a major international law practice; consultants receive assignment support, access to training and knowledge resources, and on-assignment professional support. Typical work includes commercial and contractual disputes across sectors such as construction and financial services.

We are seeking self-directed, client-facing lawyers who can step into matters quickly and add senior-level dispute resolution capability on a contract basis.

Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience in Litigation / Dispute Resolution
At least four years' PQE at a top-tier litigation practice
Experience in commercial or contractual disputes; construction or financial‑services experience desirable
Previous Middle East experience and Arabic language skills preferred
Recent in‑house experience is an advantage
Practising certificate or equivalent entitlement to practise in the region
Consultant mindset: proactive, adaptable, able to manage own professional development and client relationships
