Short-term/interim consulting roles for experienced litigation lawyers, covering commercial disputes, construction and arbitration work across the United Arab Emirates. Assignments are typically full-time and run for around six months in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with some opportunities for flexible working arrangements.

These engagements sit within a global consultant platform that places senior lawyers on client- or firm-facing assignments. Consultants receive administrative and knowledge support, access to training and professional development resources, and partner-level technical support while on assignment.

We are seeking lawyers with substantial post-qualification experience in litigation or dispute resolution who can step into senior, client-facing roles on a contract basis.

Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience in litigation/dispute resolution.
Top-tier firm litigation experience (at least four years at a firm ranked highly for disputes work) and ideally recent in-house experience.
Experience in construction disputes or financial‑services related disputes preferred.
Middle East experience and Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Ability to work on fixed-term assignments, proactive consultant mindset and strong client-facing skills.
Valid practising certificate or equivalent entitling practice in the region.
