Legal Specialist, Capital Markets — Frankfurt am Main

Join a busy capital markets team advising on the full spectrum of international equity and debt transactions, including IPOs, private placements, capital increases, high-yield and hybrid bonds, and multi-jurisdictional issuance programmes. The group tackles complex, market-leading mandates and develops innovative legal solutions for evolving capital-market structures.

The role offers immediate involvement in mandates, a collegial team environment and an open-ended employment contract with an attractive remuneration package. The office is centrally located with excellent public-transport connections.

• Qualified law degree (e.g. Erstes Staatsexamen/LL.B.)
• Very good English skills
• Some experience in capital markets / securities work (junior to several years)
• Strong initiative, team orientation and a high quality, detail-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure during project phases
