Litigation Associate — Commercial Litigation

Top-tier US law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its West Coast litigation team. The role is open to candidates for placement in either the Portland or Seattle offices and offers substantive exposure to complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts.

The group emphasizes collegial mentoring and clear paths for professional development. Candidates should be prepared to contribute strong research, drafting and motion practice skills and will work closely with senior litigators on trial- and dispositive-motion-focused matters.

Pay range for the listed location is $215,000–250,000/yr, subject to qualifications and experience.

• 1–3 years of litigation experience
• Strong academic record and excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Judicial clerkship experience encouraged
• Member of, or willingness to take, the Oregon and/or Washington bar
