The role combines complex cartel, merger control and behavioural competition matters with sector-specific advisory and compliance work.
The successful candidate will join a specialist firm and be expected to own and develop client relationships, lead multi-disciplinary teams and act as a visible market practitioner across the Benelux/European market. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of originating high-value work is required.
- Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, with demonstrable experience on transportation and/or energy matters.
- Proven business development and client origination record; ability to bring or develop a portable practice.
- Experience leading teams and managing complex cross-border matters.
- Admission to practise in the relevant jurisdiction and fluency in local and English languages preferred.
