Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its construction and energy arbitration capability in Paris. The role focuses on high-value international and domestic construction disputes, including arbitration and related ADR proceedings.

The partner will lead complex cases, supervise and mentor a team of litigators, and work across cross-border matters with other offices. The role offers visibility on major projects and collaboration with energy-sector clients.

We are looking for an experienced arbitration practitioner with a proven record on construction matters and the ability to develop or bring a portable practice in the Paris market.

Established partner-level experience in construction arbitration and related dispute resolution.
Proven track record handling complex, high-value international or domestic construction/energy disputes.
Experience leading teams and managing matters from client relationship through to award/enforcement.
Demonstrable business development capability and willingness/ability to grow a portable practice in Paris.
