An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its employment and labor litigation practice in Anchorage. The role focuses on courtroom and administrative litigation, supervising case strategy, and managing client relationships.

The partner will supervise associates and support staff, handle high‑stakes employment law disputes, and collaborate with national practice teams on cross‑office matters. Portable client relationships and a demonstrable book of business are welcomed.

Proven partner‑level experience in labor & employment litigation.
Strong trial and administrative advocacy skills; experience managing complex disputes.
Demonstrated client development and relationship management capabilities.
Track record supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and support teams.
Admission to the appropriate state bar and ability to practice in Anchorage (or eligible for admission).
