Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation, ideally with cross-border or regional matters
Proven track record of originating and managing client work and leading teams
Strong business development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships
Qualified or eligible to practise in the UAE or another relevant common-law jurisdiction; ability to work across regional jurisdictions
Collaborative mindset and experience mentoring senior associates
