Established US litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its Dallas litigation and securities practice. The role focuses on contentious securities matters, white-collar investigations, and high-stakes civil litigation for a mix of private clients and corporate respondents.

The successful candidate will take a senior case-handling and business-development role: managing trial and appellate work, supervising associates, and helping grow the local practice. The office offers cross-practice support and a national litigation platform.

Established partner-level litigation background with significant securities and/or white‑collar experience
Proven trial and/or investigative experience and ability to manage complex, high‑stakes matters
Track record of originating work and developing client relationships; a portable book of business is welcome
Ability to supervise and mentor associates and collaborate with national practice teams
Active bar admission in Texas (or ability to obtain)
