Senior partner hire to lead and grow a technology and media practice from the Milan office. The role focuses on technology transactions, commercial agreements and telecom/media matters for domestic and international clients across TMT sectors.

This is a client-facing role with responsibility for originating work, managing complex cross-border matters and mentoring a team of associates. The office offers flexible location arrangements for the right candidate.

Established partner-level experience in technology transactions, media/entertainment or telecommunications.
Proven client development record; a portable book of business will be considered an asset.
Track record leading deal teams and managing complex cross-border matters.
Ability to advise on commercial contracts, licensing, and digital/technology-related regulatory issues.
Admission or eligibility to practise in Italy preferable; strong English and Italian language skills desirable.
